Tessa Thompson
The actress Tessa Lynn Thompson was born on the 3rd of October 1983, in Los Angeles, California. Thompson is the daughter and grandaughter of singer Marc Anthony Thompson, as in addition to actor Bobby Ramos. The majority of her childhood was spent in Los Angeles, before she was moved to Brooklyn. Her father is of Afro-Panamanian heritage and her mother from Mexican and British Isles heritage. Thompson went to Santa Monica High School where she took part in a variety of theatre productions. In the years following her graduation she attended Santa Monica College where she received a degree in cultural Anthropology. The role she played was Juliet, she portrayed the play by William Shakespeare "Romeo as well as Juliet" during a Pasadena California production at The Boston Court Theatre. She was nominated for the NAACP Theatre Award in the same season. Tessa appeared on TV for the first time in 2005. The show she starred in was an actress in the CBS Series.
