Srushti started to get ready for the UPSC examination in her 3rd year as an engineering student. When she finished her senior year of engineering, Deshmukh wondered if she'd like working in the field of engineering. It was later discovered that her dream job was within the civil service, and she began to concentrate on this. Her parents encouraged her to be an official in the civil service and to pursue an employment in the public sector. She aimed her efforts at becoming a IAS officer. To be able to pass UPSC to be successful the hard work of a lifetime is needed. The student also studied for UPSC tests while she was studying engineering. Everyday she carved out the time to study for exams. She mastered the engineering exams in just one and a half months, avoiding social life. The reason she believes in focus and concentration are essential to pass the government examination to become an official. She made a lot of effort to pass the test in her first attempt. Daily, she would read the papers to stay on top of the latest news. Rajya Sabha TV, online studies and resources proved to be a great help for her.
