The girl was born and raised in South Carolina she finished her schooling at Clemson University. She then went on to get an advanced degree in broadcast journalism from University of Miami. Kelly was aspired to be a TV channel host since when she was a child. TV jobs were exciting and glamorous for her. Following her graduation, she began working for ACC Digital Network as a production assistant and an intern. When the training period came to an end, she was transferred to Fox Sports Florida.
